This PAIA Manual is published in accordance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”), as amended, and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).

MyPerks (Pty) Ltd (“MyPerks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the right of access to information and is committed to transparency in terms of PAIA and POPIA.
This Manual explains:

ACCESS REQUEST PROCEDURE
9.1 Request Form
Access to information must be requested using the prescribed PAIA request form, available from the SAHRC or on request from MyPerks.
9.2 Submission
Requests must be submitted in writing to the Information Officer via email or physical address.
9.3 Request Fees
Fees may be payable in accordance with PAIA regulations. Where applicable, requesters will be notified of the fee before processing.

GROUNDS FOR REFUSAL
Access to records may be refused in terms of PAIA where:
- Disclosure would violate personal privacy
- Confidential or proprietary information is involved
- Legal privilege applies
- Disclosure would prejudice security or commercial interests
